Thanks PD. We've had great luck here growing our own potatoes in northern Michigan the past 2 years. Now we have a great french fry recipe to further enjoy! We pack em' in a cellar and pull em' out all winter until we run out. Definitely gonna try this recipe at home. And also go to McDonalds....
